Click Join or Sign Up in the navigation. Fill in your details, verify your email, and your account will be ready within minutes.
How do I search for escorts in my city? +
Use the Find an Escort page or browse by city — for example Escorts in Johannesburg. You can filter by area and availability.
Is Purple Bunny free to use for clients? +
Yes. Browsing profiles and contacting escorts is completely free for clients. Escorts pay a subscription fee to list their profiles.
How do I download the mobile app? +
Visit our Download App page for links to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
Account & Profile
How do I update my profile? +
Log in and go to Profile → Manage Profile. From there you can update your photos, bio, services, availability, and contact details.
How do I get the Verified badge? +
Submit your profile for verification through the Profile Management page. Our team reviews submissions and grants the badge to genuine profiles.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
Click Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Profile Settings and select Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data. Alternatively, contact support.
Why is my profile not showing in search results? +
Your profile must be active and approved. Make sure your account subscription is active, your profile is marked as visible, and all required fields are completed.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and other methods supported by PayFast — South Africa's leading payment gateway.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Go to Profile → Billing and select Cancel Subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
I was charged but my account isn't upgraded. What do I do? +
Payment processing can take a few minutes. If your account isn't updated within 30 minutes, please contact support with your payment reference.
