By accessing or using Purple Bunny ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Purple Bunny. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are an adult and that you have the legal right to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to verify age and to terminate accounts where we suspect a user is under 18.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates another person's rights
• Use the Platform to solicit or facilitate illegal activities
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Post content featuring minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Spam other users or send unsolicited commercial messages

5. Escort Listings

Escorts listing on Purple Bunny agree that:

• All photos submitted must be of themselves and must not feature minors
• They are independent adults operating legally in their jurisdiction
• Profile information must be accurate, including age, location, and availability
• They accept responsibility for all interactions conducted through the Platform
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Purple Bunny a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Platform.

All Platform design, software, trademarks, and brand assets are the property of Purple Bunny and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Payments & Refunds

Subscription payments are processed by PayFast. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing interval.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

8. Disclaimers

Purple Bunny is a directory platform. We do not verify the identity of all users and are not responsible for the conduct of individual users. Interactions between users are at their own risk.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Bunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
